Changde Poetry Society Wuling Poetry Society on compilation of the centennial album to commemorate the revolution of 1911 notice

    October 10th this year is the centennial anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution。Under the leadership of the great revolutionary Sun Yat-sen, the Revolution of 1911 overthrew the Qing Dynasty, put an end to more than two thousand years of feudal despotism, struck a blow against the imperialist forces of aggression in China, spread the idea of democratic revolution, and opened the floodgates for China's progress。The sound of the guns of Xinhai Shouyi left us not only glory and pride, but also a precious spiritual wealth - Shouyi spirit。It is mainly reflected in the inherent patriotism of the Chinese nation and passed down from generation to generation, prominently reflected in the innovative spirit of bravely standing ahead of the tide and daring to be the first, and the courageous spirit of bravely seizing opportunities and tenacious struggle throughout。Reflecting on the past, we are even more deeply nostalgic for the great revolutionary forerunner Dr. Sun Yat-sen and countless people with lofty ideals and revolutionary martyrs who made unremitting efforts and heroic sacrifices for national liberation and national rejuvenation。Their revolutionary cause and lofty spirit will shine forever。

    To commemorate the great Revolution of 1911 is to inspire all the sons and daughters of the Chinese people, inherit and carry forward the spirit of the revolution of 1911, strive to create a good atmosphere of patriotism, unity, solidarity and endeavour, and strive to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and promote the reunification of the motherland。To this end, Changde Poetry Society and the editorial committee of Wuling Poetry Society decided to edit the album to commemorate the centenary of Xinhai。

    The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows。

    (A) Commemorative album solicitation content

    First, at the beginning of the last century, under the tide of democratic revolution, the sons and sons of Changde actively participated in the revolutionary struggle, and a large number of noble people such as Song Jiaoren, Lin Boqu, Liu Fuji, Jiang Yiwu, He Laibao, CAI Zhonghao, Lin Dexuan, Lin Xiumei and Qin Zhen emerged, making great contributions to overthrowing the rule of the Qing Dynasty and ending the feudal autocracy。The album should publish their life resume and some poems, and select poems for later generations to commemorate them。

    Second, the album selected and published historical materials about the Revolution of 1911 in Changde (each article does not exceed 3000 words), and compiled a directory of Changde Xinhai people。

    (2) Drafting division of labor

    In order to ensure that the commemorative album can be published before October this year, we must hurry up the drafting work。The county, district and city poetry organizations should widely mobilize members to write poems and prose manuscripts in memory of local Xinhai figures。In order to avoid too concentrated topics, the division of labor is as follows:

    1. Taoyuan County is responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts in memory of Song Jiaoren, Qin Zhen and other martyrs;

    2, Linli County is responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts in memory of Lin Boqu, Lin Xiumei and other martyrs;

    3. Wuling District and Dingcheng District are responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts in memory of Liu Fuji, He Laibao, CAI Zhonghao and other martyrs;

    4. Jin City and Li County are responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts in memory of Jiang Yiwu and other martyrs;

    5, Shimen County is responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts in memory of Lin Dexuan and other martyrs;

    6. Hanshou County and Anxiang County are responsible for organizing poetry manuscripts to commemorate the people of Xinhai in their county;

    7. The editorial committee of the Municipal Poetry Society assists the districts, counties and cities in data collection。

    All manuscripts must be in accordance with the requirements of the manuscript, one poem and one piece of paper, legible handwriting, indicating the name of the author;The manuscript should be in hard copy。

    (3) Time arrangement

    After the Spring Festival, the city Poetry Society held a meeting of principals of poetry organizations in various districts, counties and cities to study the centenary of Xinhai, focusing on the compilation of commemorative albums。This notice was published in the first issue of Wuling Poetry this year。

    2. From mid-February to June, all districts, counties and cities should do a good job in organizing manuscripts and ensure the quality of manuscripts。Send to the office of the Poetry Society before mid-June (Mr. PI Guofan received)。

    4, mid-June to the end of June, for the responsible editor of the column editing time (the responsible editor depending on the manuscript, can add relevant manuscripts)。

    6, in the middle of July, the memorial album manuscript was sent to the printing house for typesetting, and the proof was printed。
